& RETURNS

We at C6 Boards want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible. Most orders ship within a week, though production time can vary. If you have a specific deadline, like needing the board for an upcoming trip, feel free to contact us before ordering to confirm timing. We'll always do our best to accommodate.
If there's a delay for any reason, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
IMPORTANT:
When you receive your order, please check that all items are undamaged in transit before you sign for them. If you see any damage, make sure that you sign as "Damage." It is your responsibility to inspect the goods and confirm they are in perfect condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not signed as "damage," C6 Boards cannot accept any liability, and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.
WITHIN THE EU
Shipping: We normally use UPS, and sometimes DHL. Standard delivery to central Europe is 3-4 working days, other areas may take longer.
Shipping terms: Incoterm 2020 DAP.
Returns: Consumers have the right to cancel and return orders within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. To start a return, submit a withdrawal request. Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from us.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for packaging the product securely using a trackable, insured shipping method. If a returned product arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, or is lost in transit because an untracked or uninsured method was used, we may reduce the refund accordingly or, in cases of major damage, decline the return.
OUTSIDE THE EU
Shipping (US): We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), import duties and taxes are covered by C6, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. UPS standard transit is approximately 1 week, with express options available.
Shipping (other non-EU destinations): Import duties, taxes, and any other charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import policy before ordering. Contact us if you'd like to confirm shipping options for your destination.
Returns: Outside the EU, there's no statutory right to withdraw, but we're happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis and may accept returns at our discretion, depending on the situation and applicable local law. Refunds only cover the amount paid to C6 Boards; any import duties, taxes, or fees paid to a third party (such as customs or a courier) are non-refundable by us. Some of these costs may be recoverable directly from the relevant authority or courier, but arranging that is the customer's responsibility.
