Terms &
Conditions

Last updated: 24 June 2026

Welcome to C6boards.com. You must be at least 18 to place an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below, including the assumption of risk and release of liability. If you have any questions, please contact us.

These terms are governed by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (1990:932), and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

PRICES / ORDERS

All prices on our webshop are listed in EUR. For EU orders, the listed price includes VAT at the rate applicable in the buyer's member state, charged automatically at checkout. For orders outside the EU, VAT does not apply.

In the event of a pricing error, whether due to a technical fault or human mistake, C6 Boards reserves the right to charge the correct amount or cancel the order. We will always contact you first before taking either action.

PAYMENTS

Payments for webshop orders are handled securely by Stripe. We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. For more information, visit stripe.com.

For manually arranged orders, for example, to destinations not supported by our webshop, payment may also be made via Wise. Payment details will be provided directly when the order is confirmed.

DELIVERY

For details on shipping destinations, delivery times, and import charges, see Shipping & Returns.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Outside the EU/EEA, there's no statutory right to withdraw, but we're happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis.

See Shipping & Returns for how to start a return and full details.

WARRANTY & STATUTORY RIGHTS

Within the EU/EEA

If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you're entitled to a statutory legal guarantee against defects, lasting at least two years from delivery under EU law (in Sweden, the right to complain extends to three years under the Consumer Sales Act). A defect must have existed at the time of delivery, even if it only becomes apparent later.

For the first two years after delivery, it's our responsibility to show that a defect was not present at delivery; after that period, it becomes the consumer's responsibility to show that it was.

This statutory right exists independently of any warranty we offer, and nothing in these terms limits or replaces it.

Outside the EU/EEA

There is no statutory legal guarantee outside the EU/EEA. We review warranty claims from customers outside the EU on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the defect and the cost of resolution, including shipping and any import-related costs. Depending on the situation, this may result in a repair, a replacement, or a discount toward a new board.

Reporting a defect

If you believe your board has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue before sending anything back. Claims should be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, normally within two months.

What is, and isn't, covered

Carbon fiber is a high-performance material, optimized for the right stiffness and low weight within its intended use, not unlimited impact resistance. A board that breaks on hard impact, for example, from a hard landing or striking a hard object, is not automatically a manufacturing defect; this is true of carbon fiber products generally. Whether a fault is an original defect or impact/use-related damage is assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on photos, descriptions, and how the damage presents.

Damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect is not covered, and any assistance we offer in such cases is at our discretion.

The following are generally not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from accidents, hard impacts, or hard landings

  • Incorrect assembly or improper maintenance

  • Use of boots/bindings, which our boards are not designed for

  • Modifications or accessories that conflict with the board's intended use

  • Surface corrosion that is cosmetic and does not affect performance

  • Damage from neglect or improper storage

Proof of purchase

Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase to confirm the purchase date.

DISPUTES

We hope a dispute never comes up, but if you feel we've gotten something wrong, please contact us first, we'll do our best to find a fair solution directly.

If you're an EU/EEA consumer and we can't resolve things between us, you can find your national consumer dispute resolution body via the European Commission's consumer redress directory. In Sweden, complaints can also be directed to the General Complaints Board (ARN).
