Submit a withdrawal request
Use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal for a full or partial order.
The withdrawal period is normally 14 days from the day after you received or collected the goods. Requests submitted after this period may be refused.
How it works
Fill in the form with the name, email address, and order number used for the order.
Select partial withdrawal only if you want to withdraw from part of the order. If not selected, we will treat your request as a withdrawal from the full order.
Click “Confirm withdrawal” to submit the form.
You will receive a confirmation that we have received your withdrawal request.
We will review the request and send return instructions if the withdrawal period and conditions are met.
Please do not send any products back before you have received return instructions from us.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and for making sure the product is returned safely. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
